Meeting called to order by Deborah Shumate, Council President, on Monday March 8, 2021 at 6:30pm. All members of Council present. All Present joined in giving the pledge of Allegiance.

Minutes Of February meetings were presented and approved by a motion from Drew Olman and a second from Mark Marsee. All ayes. Minutes were approved as written.

Claims/Financials/payroll: After review of the claims presented, motion to accept and pay claims/financials/payroll made by Mark, seconded by Drew. All Ayes Motion carried.

Town Manager's Report: Same presented by Doug Price.

Town Marshall's Report: Same presented by Phillip Wilson, Town Marshall.

Milan Park Board Report: Derek Helton gave an update on Park. New slide has been ordered. Still waiting on word from Baylor Grant. He and Don Call are working on benches. 5K is going to happen this year, unless, another change in Covid-19.

Concerns/Comments from the public:

Old Business: Attorney Lynn Fledderman gave an update on the agreement between the Town of Milan and the County concerning the Rescue 30 building. Mark made motion to accept contract. Drew seconded. All ayes.

Attorney Fledderman, also, presented to Council the Confidential agreements concerning property damage. Mark made motion to approve, Drew seconded. All ayes.

ADA appointment was presented to Council. Drew made motion to appoint Derek Helton, Mark seconded. All ayes.

New Business: Two solicitation request were presented to Council. First was from Milan Summer Baseball. Second was the Shriners (representative was in attendance to present request). Motion was made by Mark to approve and waive fees, second was made by Drew. All ayes.

Miscellaneous Business: Doug gave an update on W. Carr Project and the '54 Museum. He will get with the Museum representatives and have them look into applying for local grants. He will keep Council informed.

Clerk-Treasurer asked what fund the GIS system was to be paid from. Doug stated it was to be paid % from sewer and % from water. Council agreed to his suggestion. Mark made motion and Drew seconded. All ayes.
