New Business:

Election Ordinance discussed. In an effort to save the Town election cost, the Council has asked Attorney Lynn Fledderman to compose an Ordinance. This would give the present elected official a 3 year term instead of 4 and put the Town with the County election, thus eliminating a need for a special election. Atttorney Fiedderman told the Board this would have to be in place by the end of the year.

Misc. Business:

Don Call asked Attorney Fledderman what the requirements were for naming a street. She said that would be a Towns' decision.

Don Call moves to adjourn, Melissa Seconds. Meeting adjourned with all ayes.
